Raipur/Bhopal: On the occasion of the 80th Independence Day, the Himveers of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) delivered an outstanding performance at Independence Day celebrations held across the country, showcasing their discipline, dedication, and exceptional marching skills.
At the grand Independence Day parade held at the Police Parade Ground in Raipur, the ITBP contingent secured first place in the category of CAPF and State Police Forces. The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, presented the winner’s trophy to the ITBP contingent in recognition of its remarkable achievement.
Similarly, at the Independence Day celebrations held at the Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal, a total of 23 contingents from the CAPFs and State Police participated in the parade. Based on their outstanding discipline, impressive coordination, and exceptional marching performance, the ITBP contingent was declared the Best Marching Contingent.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh honoured the ITBP Himveers by presenting them with the Winner’s Shield.
This remarkable achievement in both Raipur and Bhopal reflects the ITBP’s high standards of discipline, professionalism, dedication, and excellence.
