Rtn Jyothi Manjunath is a trailblazer in the fields of education, academic consulting, and mental well-being. With over two decades of hands-on experience, she has made a lasting impact through her ventures—Aakankash Training and Development (established in 2006), The Learning Tree Preschool Daycare Activity Center 2012, and Vikirana Education and Healthcare Services Charitable Trust 2012 , all based in Bangalore.
A passionate edupreneur, counselor, and certified art-based therapist, Jyothi’s journey began by organizing summer camps and later serving as the Master Franchise Director for Vedic Math and handwriting programs. Today, she is a mentor to educators and a changemaker in early childhood education and mental wellness.
Creating a happy and healthy atmosphere for both child and parent is her core purpose. She strongly believes that education must be holistic—nurturing not just young minds but their emotional ecosystem as well. Her commitment to inclusion is reflected in innovative programs that blend co-curricular activities with core values like empathy, integrity, and respect.
As the Founder and Director of The Learning Tree since 2012, Jyothi has built a nurturing space for children from infancy to age 12, emphasizing social-emotional learning. Her second venture, Vikirana, established in 2021, focuses on Infant care, daycare, afterschool programs, mental well-being, inclusive education and vocational training.
She is now all set to empower aspiring women to work in early education and support startups with her innovative marketing strategies, helping them create sustainable, value-driven models of education. Her mission is to guide women toward financial independence while fostering meaningful impact in the education sector.
Jyothi’s qualifications include a Master’s in Sociology, diplomas in counseling and life skills, and certification from the Women Entrepreneurship Program at IIM Bangalore. Her accolades include the Best Edupreneur Award (2018), Best Mentor and Principal (2019), and an India Book of Records honor (2023) for creating the longest art path with over 400 children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
