In 2020, I established Skillmary with the vision of bridging the skill gap in investment banking. Recognizing the challenges faced by middle-class job seekers, I launched a global certification program in Investment Banking, offering industry-relevant skills at an affordable cost. This initiative has successfully trained over 500 candidates across Chennai and Bangalore, many of whom have secured positions in top-tier investment banks.
