Rachna Chakraborty is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach who works with people from all walks of life to help them build healthier, stronger, and more sustainable lifestyles. She works with diverse spectrum of individuals with varied goals -whether they want to improve daily energy, lose weight, gain strength, body re-composition, enhance performance, or simply feel more in control of their wellbeing. Long before she became a coach, fitness was always a constant part in Rachna’s life. As an engineering graduate with an MBA, she spent many years in the technology marketing, balancing a high-pressure career with her personal commitment to staying active. Exercise, for her, was never an afterthought—it was something she consistently worked into her life, no matter how busy things became. 

At 53 yrs of age, Rachna challenged herself into the world of natural bodybuilding and went on to compete in multiple categories in respected federations such as ICN (I Compete Natural) and WNBF (World Natural Body Building Federation).  Competing in multiple categories, she not only earned many accolades but has also demonstrated not just physical conditioning, but also commitment and passion for her goals. Her achievements in this field are a reflection of her belief that age should never define ambition, especially when it comes to health and athletic potential.

Rachna has also been an active endurance athlete. She has completed numerous full marathons and duathlons and won podiums in many prestigious events. 

Her experience across strength, physique, and endurance sports gives her a broader understanding of how different bodies, goals, and lifestyles require different strategies.

Today, Rachna combines her corporate experience, her trainings, personal athletic journey, and coaching expertise to help individuals set realistic goals & achieve them. She understands both the mindset of a busy professional and the discipline of an athlete, making her approach adaptable and grounded.

Rachna’s journey is a reminder that staying active is not about chasing perfection but about choosing health every day. Above all, she believes that transformation is possible at any stage of life. Her own achievements in her 50s stand as proof that with the right focus, commitment, and mindset, anyone can rewrite their relationship with health and discover strength they didn’t know they had.
